Want to win a FREE Burger a Day for a Month? Stop in, enjoy a meal, and leave B3 a review via the QR Code provided at their locations. Each review, regardless of the review type, is an entry in the monthly drawing, and they do a drawing separately for each location (Brandon and Madison).

You could be like their January 2022 winners (Rachael Beacham and Austin Boone) and win a month of burgers!

While you’re there, show your MS Perks Pass and receive a free fried pickle appetizer!

So sad to hear this…Well, we gave it our best shot even though the deck was stacked against us from the beginning. The Colony Bistro era is officially over. Many, many thanks to those of you who loved us and frequented our little bistro. You brought us great enjoyment and lasting memories. In the end there just wasn’t enough of you, unfortunately.

Cheers from the Colony Bistro family!

The Fondren Neighborhood of Jackson is— what I believe to be the— the coolest neighborhood in the largest city in the state. The revitalization and renaissance of Fondren started a few decades ago. Many people who came before us have helped bring this neighborhood back to its glory days. We realize we are coming in on third base and are grateful to those who have been fighting the good fight for all these years.

Our project represents the last unrenovated commercial block in downtown Fondren and we have gone to great lengths to maintain the character and vibe of this neighborhood.

We are days away from opening phase one:
1.) Highball Lanes— a bowling alley with a food and drink menu, unlike any other bowling alley, ever.
2.) The Capri— a 178-seat movie theatre with reclining seats, Dolby 7.1 sound, state-of-the-art 4k laser projection, and a food and bar menu, unlike any other movie theatre, ever.
3.) The Pearl— a tiki bar that will be a total escape with classic tiki cocktails and a Polynesian-inspired food menu unlike any other in town.

Phase two will include a parking garage and phase three will include more food and bar.

The partners dream it. The architects design and draw it, and the contractor builds it. The dream is about to come true within a matter of days. Time to operate it.

For updates on events, openings, private parties, showtimes, and menus follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

Onward!
